Try below method if above USSD code doesn't work.

1. Open your phone Dialer and dial *111*3#
2. Now proceed to Bill Pay Recharge and Balance transfer.
3. Now select Balance transfer & proceed according to instructions.

Terms & Conditions-

1.You can transfer balance between Rs.5 to 30  Only.

2.Vodafone Charge Rs.1,2 or 3 as per transfer amount.

3.You have to be a Vodafone customer for a minimum of 5 months to transfer balance.

4.Only one transfer per day will be  allowed.

5.Transfer limit is Rs 5-30. Service charge-Rs 1 for Rs 5-9, Rs.2 for Rs 10-24 and Rs.3 for       25-30 balance transfer.
